Ed Horkey has over 27 years of experience in the signage industry. Claude Neon Federal Signs is Tulsa's oldest and largest sign company, starting in 1926 and employing more than 55 people to offer full design services, manufacturing, cutting edge technologies with installation and field service professionals to service what we sell.

Ed covers areas of commercial, industrial and retail signage. He is a specialist in instituting branding for national sign companies and has extensive experience with the permitting and solving of site issues in different municipalities with zoning issues.

My business philosophy is that it is important to listen to the customer, offer my experience in the selection of materials, design, longevity and the economic considerations in order to provide the highest quality product. One of my most important communications with customers it to explain that we will be entering into a long term relationship for their signage and that in working with the customer we become a team in the communication to the public of their image and branding.

Some of Ed's notable projects include the Pioneer Woman Mercantile, Route 66 Gateway signs, Route 66 Pedestrian Bridge, most national auto dealership branding conversions and many others projects. Our service area encompasses the eastern half of Oklahoma, far SE Kansas, and into the Western Arkansas areas.
